We at Limani use only the finest ingredients in all of our
preparations. Keeping with tradition of the now famous
Mediterranean diet, we prepare our fod with only the finest
first-pressed olive oil from the Peloponesse, Greece
as well as hard-to-find small batch saffron from Kozani and
premium capers from the island of Santorini.
